    • Technician confirmed customer concern. Technician scanned vehicle and found P0304- Cylinder #4 misfire. Tech removed cylinder #4 spark plug, inspected spark plug and found oil build up on electrode of spark plug. The oil build up is not letting the spark plug create a spark causing cylinder #4 to misfire. Tech also removed the rest of the spark plugs. All spark plugs are starting to have oil build up on spark plugs. Tech also performed a compression test on cylinder #4. compression test result: cylinder #4-160 psi. Technician highly recommends replacing engine assembly. Second optionTechnician recommends oil change with engine oil flush due to very dirty oil and to help reduce engine oil consumption. Also recommends GDI fuel induction service to clean combustion chamber of oil build up. All 4 spark plugs are recommended to be replaced.
